Zach Hildebrand AIF®,
CRPS®,
Director of Client Services
Zach Hildebrand, Director of Client Services, plays a crucial role in shaping the client experience at IMA Retirement. He provides vision and leadership to our client service team while developing and executing our client service deliverables. His underlying goal is to create a world class client experience that maximizes the effectiveness of the retirement program as part of our client’s overall benefits program. Zach and his team assist clients with plan design, fiduciary process, vendor management, and improving employee engagement. Zach maintains strong relationships with his clients by tracking their successes and proactively communicating anything that may impact their employee benefit programs.
Outside of work, Zach has a personal passion for football. He played college football at St. John Fisher College and now enjoys officiating football games in his free time. Additionally, he loves hiking and spending time with his family. Zach’s interest in the financial industry was deeply influenced by his grandfather, who had a strong love for the stock market and made it a point to educate all his grandchildren on investing. As Zach grew up, he realized that this level of financial education was not the norm, and he wanted to help change that.
Prior to joining IMA Retirement, Zach served as a Retirement Plan Specialist with Northwestern Mutual. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Management with a concentration in Finance from St. John Fisher College School of Business in Rochester, New York. Zach earned the Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF®) designation through Fi360 in 2019 and the Certified Retirement Plan Specialist (CRPS®) designation from the College for Financial Planning in 2017. He also earned the Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) designation in 2022. Zach holds the State registration Series 65.
