Delande

Don Delande is a Senior Retirement Plan Manager for IMA Retirement, Inc. in our Denver office. Don manages the day-to-day operations and ensures seamless execution of the plan strategy. He serves as the go-to contact for issue resolution, vendor coordination, and service delivery. Don supports plan documentation, fiduciary file maintenance, and audit readiness. While providing insights on plan health, benchmarking, and participant behavior.

Prior to joining IMA Retirement, Don spent over 9 years at TIAA, where he focused on institutional plan education, brokerage trading, and customized plan management. Don has a proven track record of helping organizations enhance their retirement offerings while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards. He holds a finance degree from Ohio University and a master’s in finance from Colorado State University. Don also holds the FINRA Series 7, 6, 65, and 63 licenses, along with Life and Health insurance licenses in Colorado. Outside of work, Don enjoys hiking, camping, rafting, and fishing with his wife and their two young sons.
