Heather Haines is Vice President, Wealth and Retirement Plan Advisor in our Wichita office. Her professional career is focused in the specialized area of retirement plan services with experience in both the wholesale and retail sides of the industry. Prior to joining IMA Retirement in 2012, Heather served as Executive Vice President for Retirement Plan Solutions, Inc. Prior to that, she served ten years at The Principal Financial Group as a Group Account Supervisor. Her background includes plan design consultation, plan provider due diligence, investment and plan reviews, Form 5500 filing, compliance testing, client relationship management, and employee education. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Wichita State University. She earned the Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF®) designation through Fi360 in 2019 and the Certified Retirement Plan Specialist (CRPS®) designation from the College for Financial Planning in 2021. Heather holds the State registration Series 65. Her community activities include serving as a Board Member for the Auggie Navarro Scholarship Foundation and for the Friends of the Great Plains Nature Center. She has also served as a past Board Member for Wichita Habitat for Humanity.
